Start to Finish

It starts with a description
(machine make, model) of the application. With this, we may be able to provide an immediate price quote,
reference drawing and actual application photo.
In some instances, we require your machine drawings and photos to
assist us in understanding your application. In addition, we require you
to provide overall enclosure dimensions and access requirements
specific to your project.
In more complex cases we can provide on-site sales/engineering support
to determine the specific requirements of the application. We can
discuss design requirements with operators and maintenance personnel
to assure a user-friendly enclosure design.

Once your specific requirements are understood, we will provide an
itemized quote outlining enclosure cost including options such as
lighting and ventilation.

Once ordered, the engineering staff will provide a detailed AutoCAD
approval drawing or 3D model to assure we understand your application
correctly.
Once approved, our engineering and manufacturing staff work together
to provide you with the highest quality enclosure available.

In some cases, our manufacturing team will pre-assemble your
enclosure prior to painting and packaging. Should your enclosure meet the criteria for test assembly, we will invite you to visit our facility for
inspection.
When enclosures include automation, we often test run the automatic
door(s) to assure proper operation and safety.
Larger enclosures are shipped “knocked-down” for assembly in your
facility. Care is taken to assure components are not damaged during
transit.
When possible, components are arranged on the skids in order of
assembly to minimize handling.
For overseas shipments, we provide the required crating utilizing IPPC
approved materials.

(Option 1) You Install: We provide detailed instructions for your
maintenance personnel to install. The engineering staff is available to
answer questions specific to your project if necessary.
(Option 2) Installation Supervision: We supply one of our factory trained
lead men to work with your staff to assist in the installation.
(Option 3) Installation complete: We supply a team large enough to
handle your installation from start to finish.
